Ben Kearns has worked with Taylor Martino as an associate since 2017. Ben focuses on personal injury, automobile accidents, trucking cases, and products liability cases. He was born and raised in Mobile, and is excited to serve the people of Mobile as an attorney.
Ben is a 2017 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law. At Alabama Law, Ben took the Trial Advocacy Competition class, and took part in the Campbell Moot Court Competition. He was selected for the Campbell Moot Court Board, and argued on the Tax Moot Court Team. He was a member of the Christian Legal Society.
Prior to law school, Ben worked as a restaurant manager in Birmingham. While living in Birmingham, he served as part of the John 3:30 Project homeless ministry for nearly three years, and was part of the Catholic Prison Ministry to the men of Donaldson Correctional Facility. Ben found his passion for victims working in these ministries. Working as a clerk for Taylor Martino in law school allowed him to channel his passion for service into his work for plaintiffs.
Ben graduated the University of South Alabama with a B.A. in Philosophy and a B.A. in Political Science. At USA, he served as President of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
Ben enjoys exercise, pick-up sports, learning, and service projects.
