Biography

Eaton G. Barnard was born in Bay Minette, Alabama and raised in Mobile. He is married to Ansley Head Barnard, who is also an attorney. They have four children. Eaton attended public schools in Mobile County, graduating from Davidson High School. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama and his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1986.

Before joining Taylor Martino, Eaton had a successful personal injury practice in Mobile. Eaton’s practice areas include extensive experience with cases involving motor vehicle crashes, including personal vehicles, buses, big trucks, company cars and motorcycles, products liability actions involving defective and dangerous products, injured workers, premises liability and nursing home malpractice. Eaton has enjoyed success in over 100 personal injury trials in courts all over the state.

Eaton has successfully tried cases against almost every large insurance company in the country. He has had success against other large corporations including WalMart, Delta Airlines, McDonald’s, Burger King and Waffle House.
