Joseph was born and raised in Mobile, Ala. He handles all types of plaintiff’s cases, including automobile and trucking cases, products liability, mass torts, and wrongful deaths. He has spent over a decade trying cases in front of juries and judges, conducting hearings, and representing clients with success in courtrooms all over south Alabama.
After graduating from the University of Alabama with a degree in journalism and a minor in English, Joseph obtained his law degree from Cumberland School of Law where he served on the Moot Court Board and the esteemed Cordell Hull Speakers Forum. He is a member of South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, the Mobile Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, the Volunteer Lawyers Program, and formerly an executive committee member of the Mobile Young Lawyers. He also serves on the Federal Defenders board of directors.
Joseph enjoys hunting, fishing, and reading. He is married to a preschool teacher, and they have 2 beautiful children.
