Boston Scientific Accused Of Selling Defective Vaginal Mesh Implants

A Houston law firm has filed suit against medical device maker Boston Scientific Corp. claiming the company sold defective vaginal mesh implants made from materials smuggled from China. This puts the health of thousands of women at risk. The defective vaginal mesh is used to treat urinary incontinence and other pelvic organ problems. The lawsuit claims Boston Scientific ran “an international conspiracy” and racketeering scheme to sell defective vaginal mesh and asks the court to stop sales of the product.
